It was a beautiful afternoon in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on August 21st, 2015. The entire teaching staffs and students of Rugman Hui vocational and technical school of Ningxia were feeling particularly warm in their hearts as the sunshine of that day. Right after the discussion about the development of halal market of Ningxia, Kwong Kai Shun--- CEO of Mega Capital International Holdings Limited, Heshan Wang---vice chairman of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and some other senior management of Mega Capital came straight to the school to express their sincerest concern for the Muslim Students in minority areas.
